New Patient Information

How does my child become a patient?

For newborns, simply name Tural Pediatrics as your pediatrician when you deliver.  Our doctors will see you after you are discharged from nursery at Charlton.  At discharge, call our office to schedule your first appointment. The doctor that discharges your baby will tell you when your first appointment with us should be scheduled.

For all other age groups we thank you for choosing Tural Pediatrics as your family’s pediatric care.  We strive to provide the best personalized medical care for your children.  We first need to obtain your medical records from your previous pediatric care provider to make sure we understand your medical history and healthcare needs, to deliver the care that you expect to receive from us.

We welcome you to our pediatric family.
